Hello August!

That was fassssttt! One minute, it was July, next, it's August. How was July for you? For me, it was an awesome month - new opportunities, networking, a month of some firsts, impact - it was a month I cannot forget. 


Did you reach all your goals? Did you meet all your targets? No? Don't be discouraged. Just pick up from where you left up and march confidently into August. This is the 8th month, a new beginning. Refuse to fall for lies and deception. Did anyone say you cannot do it? Prove to yourself you're not that person they say you are, you're not a quitter, you're not a failure.

Did you lose anyone or anything in July? I'm so sorry for your loss. And I pray for comfort for you. But, don't drown in that sorrow, rather, let it spur you to achieve more, to do more, to be better. 

I like to say, smell the flowers, throw your hands up and soak in the warmth of the sun, dig your toes in the sand on the beach and love the life you're living. Call August by the name you want it to answer and watch it comply.
