APRON AND PANS - CHICKEN AND VEGGIES
Ingredients
Spicy Tortilla wraps
Leftover chicken breast, chopped into strips
1 bell pepper, deseeded and sliced into long thin strips
Fresh salad leaves or iceberg lettuce
1 carrot, sliced into long thin strips
1 medium onion, chopped into strips
1 fresh tomato, chopped into strips
1 chilli/Habanero/scotch bonnet pepper – chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Preparation
On medium heat, stir fry all the vegetables until tender and well seasoned.
Place the chicken strips on the tortilla wrap, add the stir fried vegetables alongside salad leaves and fold into a wrap.
