APRON AND PANS - BANANA BREAD

Ingredients
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
3 overripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup liquid milk
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1.5 cups all purpose flour (224gr)
1/2 cup mix (chocolate chips, nuts and or shredded coconut)



Direction
Preheat the oven to 325F.

Mash up the banana until smooth, add in the other wet ingredients. 

Thoroughly combine the dry ingredients.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just properly mixed (resist the urge to overmix, it will make the bread tough).

Pour batter into a greased bread pan.

Top the mixture with some more nuts, raisins or dried fruit if you desire.

Bake  for  1 hour 15 minutes  or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Healthy Variation
This healthy variation uses the same recipe as above with the following modifications:
* Remove 1/4 cup butter and replace with 1/4 cup yoghurt.
* Substitute vegetable oil with coconut oil.
* Only use 1/2 cup of sugar.
* Add 1 cup of ripe fruits or berries.
* Add another 1 cup oatmeal to dry ingredients.
* Replace mix with 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Follow the same direction as above. 
Banana bread should be divided into 12 equal parts after baking. There will be 225 calories per piece.
