APRON AND PANS - SWEET-HOT MARINATED CUCUMBERS

This is a very simple but healthy and equally delicious recipe. Try it as an afternoon snack. 

Ingredients 
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced


Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add cucumber slices; stir well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
