APRON AND PANS - LO CARB CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients
1⁄2 avocado
1 ounce cream cheese
6 ounces heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla



Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender. 

Blend on low until combined, then on high until fluffy. 

Add more heavy whipping cream to control thickness.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
