APRON AND PANS - GREEN PEA SALAD

Ingredients
2 cans of green peas
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
3 or 4 medium sweet and dill pickles (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 cups diced cheese
3 or 4 chopped pimentos
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper



Preparation
Drain juice off peas and add all ingredients in order.

Mix in a small bowl:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp sugar

Fold into other mixture. 
Chill. Salad is better after several hours chilled, you may want to make it early.
