Take Care Of Breaking And Shedding Hair

Shedding and breaking hair can be depressing. Maybe you thought you were doing everything right and then the hair just keeps on getting worse and looks awful. Here are three recipes you can try. As usual, they are natural products you can make from home. If you don’t already have some of the oils you can get them at a health food store or from a reputable natural oils distributor.

PRE-SHAMPOO
Molasses Pre-Shampoo Treatment
Ingredients
2 Eggs
1/2 cup coconut/castor or olive oil
2 Tbsp molasses
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions
Blend eggs, oil, molasses and vinegar together until the mixture is well mixed. It will appear frothy.

Apply to damp hair. You can use an applicator to get all your strands or scoop out the mixture little by little with your hands, ensure that all your hair is sufficiently doused with this.

Put hair under plastic cap or use saran (cling film) wrap.

Cover plastic wrap with an old cotton t-shirt to introduce heat to hair. Let the mixture stay on your head for at least 2 hours.

Wash out with conditioner when you are finished.
